-Installed new 4 ton American Standard 15.2 SEER 2 electric equipment in attic. Installed new Emerson thermostat. Installed 15 kw heat kit, but only 10 kw operable due to main breaker being sized at 50 amps. Installed new slab, whip and disconnect for outdoor unit. Installed new auxiliary drain pan with 3 new safety float switches for indoor unit. Ran new 7/8 suction line. - Suction line has been fully insulated and suspended. Condenser has been leveled and anchored down to new slab. Duct work has been sealed to new unit in attic. All welds have been leak checked using nitrogen and soapy bubbles. Drain line has been flushed and re-insulated. Copper lineset has been strapped up. Vacuumed system down to 85 microns. Charged system using r-410a refrigerant. - Tested all system operations; fan cycles on/off in all modes. 10 kw heat is operational pulling 37 amps. Refrigerant pressures and temps have been uploaded to attachments. System is draining properly at this time. Safety float switch

System is not cooling Carrier/gas/410a/odt81/attic I arrive no it was 89 degrees in the house. After inspecting the system - the system is low on refrigerant however the pressure and metering device values are fluctuating. this will cause the system to run for extended times and not cool efficiently . The duct work is metal and the insulation wrapped around it is failed. The duct work need to be changed out however we are out of the duct work season. The house insulation is non existent in some areas and will not keep the cool air in the house. The system will run and never cool to set point. There is also a capacitor going out on the outside unit. I reached out to Mrs. Linda and got her assistant and she will relay the message and sent all estimates to her email. Mrs linda is not available at this time. System is cooling with a 18 degree split . I monitored the system in cooling for 40 mins with out issues besides bouncing levels. Did heat load on home found current system at 4 ton and heat load came back at 3.5 ton gave estimates for both per customer request. Waiting to hear back after the next company provides their estimate

Pm check up Carrier/heat-pump/attic/410a Inspected both inside and outside systems. The system was tested in heat and cool modes. The air filter was extremely restricted. The coil is restricting air flow with build up so much it is tripping the heat pump in heat mode. The air is being trapped in the air handler causing high moisture and excessive sweating. There is build up through the system and duct work. The outside unit has a cap below tolerance and the compressor is at 100 amp draw on start up. The condenser coil is very rusted and corroded this is will not allow the refrigerant to be cooled properly. The system is cooling with a low split of 15.4 and heating with heat strips at 30 degrees. I left the folder with home owner and he will call in for any repairs. Pm complete
