Customer not available son let me in started off by clearing drain line turned system on into heat mode and found temp differential to be within specs amp draw at heat kit up to par blower motor is performing within ratings as well and capacitor to blower motor is within specs as well evap coil is nice and clean blower wheel can be cleaned in cool mode found pressures to be within specs and delta t also good across airhandler amp draw at compressor and fan motor both within ratings and capacitor and hardstart kit both up to specs condenser coil in great shape in attic found holes in one run leaking cold air in one certain spot it has caused damage to ceiling recommend replacing and also having a duct cleaning son explained to me they have someone that does there hvac work did leave pamphlet and sent quotes for piece of mind owner was not available

On arrival found safety switch activated by clogged drain talked to customer and explained why system wasn’t working customer gave me the go ahead to unclog drain had to take apart p trap at sink was really clogged after unclogging let system run for a bit taking note of split temp which was up to par system is back up and running customer did agree to maintenance agreement as well

For this job inspected attic duct work in witch I found no issues system is currently frozen from condenser to air handler. Gave good,better,best estimates and sent ally app per customer request

On arrival system off turned system on and let system run for approximately 20 minutes confirming pressures and split temp both were up to par drain lines clear I will note evaporator coil is dirty and needs to be cleaned recorded a video of the debri on the evaporator coil talked to tenants and they explained last night system did great definitely recomend again cleaning evaporator coil will send quote just in case customer stated they do have home warranty

For this job I gave estimates for 4 ton mini split with 4 head units along with good ,better,best estimate to replace forced air system. Found outdoor unit bigger than indoor coil by a half a ton, customer tried to get financing and was denied customer wants to wait 1 year and try to get financing again current credit score is 480
